I spent a summer in the heat of Alabama eating nothing but catfish, peanut butter packets, and my pride for my prop-and-wings pin. It represents my four year contract to the United States Air Force and a lifelong commitment to bringing passion and grit to work with me.

Neither my wallet nor calendar can afford the daily oil painting sessions my artist soul demands. Makeup, however can be worked in. If I’m not in uniform I will be painting on my winged eyeliner and enjoying every minute with the brush, no matter the canvas.
